On 14 December 2025, the Advent window installed by Mascha Mioni at the Bundihaus in Disla/Disentis-Mustér will be opened.
She painted the silk of the figures using Dupont dyes, arranged the entire scene, and filmed the video clip.
The large cardboard star was created by Marianne Mittelholzer of Wangen near Dübendorf.
The sheep and the concrete sculptures in the background are works by Lawrence McLaughlin, Phoenix (AZ, USA) & Sancerre (F).
The profoundly deaf percussionist Evelyn Glennie performs her piece A Little Prayer on the marimba.
The video clip linked here was edited, and the lighting and sound were installed, by Heiner Graafhuis from Meggen and Disla.
Every year the annual exhibition of Central Swiss artists ZENTRAL! in the Kunstmuseum Luzern (Museum of Art, Lucerne) comes up in Fall.
Here "Game Over", this years submission by Mascha Mioni and the submitted dossier as a pdf.
Game Over is an installation of 600 to 1000 used, crushed ping-pong balls, painted with oil paint, suspended on fine nylon threads and also distributed on the floor.
This year Mascha Mioni shows the two oil-paintings
